"Rude"

I went to ask how much to send a parcel in England 2nd class with out weight he said 3.49 I went back In there I put it on scales he said again 3.49 then he turned round and said I told you 4 times no he didn't only 2 times I find him so unhelpful and rude if he don't like his job then he should leave I not the only one I see plenty of complaints on here and people I spoke to In other shops.
